Ideally, you´ll understand digital and social media, maybe more. You´ll be a maverick (or keener than a mustard picker looking to become maverick) in strategy, creative, development, marketing, design, business development, project management, analysis/measurement, assisting, tea making or interning (maybe all of them). A link to your blog, portfolio and the projects you've done is usually more useful than a CV, but send us that too.
